[PPS09-P24] Incorrect names of the lunar features in Japanese

There are a lot of incorrect discriptions of the lunar freature names in Japanese.
The Mare Frigoris is should be translated as not "Sea of Ice" but "Sea of Cold" .
HAKUTO-R might be failed in landing on the moon in this reason last year.

The SLIM landed on the Shioli crater in this January.
The origin of this crater is Japanese female according to the IAU official homepage.
But a JAXA officer explained as bookmark in Japanese in the live broadcasting.
This may be a reason of the imperfect landing of SLIM on the moon.
Moon landers were cursed because of the incorrect names of the lunar features.
