[U15-P61] 2024 Noto Peninsla Earthquake as an on-going Geologic Process

Diatomite of Noto is realizing the great fresh water lakes in the eastern margin of Asian Continent such as Titicaca and Poopo Lakes of South America, before Japan Sea Opening 15Ma.
Noto initiated from 1000m of water depth as top of Yamato Bank after Japan Sea Opening spread by Yamato Basin with 3500m of depth, and uplifted to be Noto Peninsula above sea level with oku- Noto Hills of 570m height. Toyama Cannel between Noto and Sado is extend part of Yamato Basin.
100 epicenters of Preliminary focal mechanism from Japan Meteorological Agency in January 2024 are locating inner coast line, which mean the uplift of Noto Peninsula should be caused by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
Noto Peninsula is, 1) the coast line running out parallel with Median Tectonic Line which has been bending with the collision of Tanzawa and Izu by Plate Motion PH-AM, 2) facing to the boundary between subducting Japan Sea Floor of AM under North East Arc of NA, 3) adjacent with North East Arc of NA being subducted by Pacific Floor of PC.
Main Shock was identified with inversed push pull focal mechanism of January 3 after 2 and half days after the maximum Earthquake M7.5.
The focal depth of 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake M7.5 of CMT solution by JMA are 16km for initial motion and 15km for CMT which means fracture propagated upward from just above Moho Plane. The upper Mantle of Japanese Arcs is strongest central pillar. The Noto Peninsula Earthquake is happen on the crust covering the upper Mantle. The principal compression strain axis is fitting to Plate Motion 1) PH-AM (Fig. A).
Recycle Earthquakes along pre-existing fault plane should be stopped for strain accumulation by the friction on the plane. The resultant shearing strain of compression along plane and perpendicular friction to plane have dip of principal compressional axis with inverse direction to the dip of plane. First Earthquake is initiated buckling or extensional strain accumulated parallel to Plate motion.
The dip direction of 7 CMTs from 2007 to 2022 May are parallel to Plate Motion, then 4 of 7 CMTs inversed whose magnitude less than M4.9 occurred after more than M5.1.
Because Noto is vicinity of major city, escape records of historical Earthquake are not so many, however the first record is 1729 Kyouho M7.0 of crushed more than 30% of houses. The next record is 1892 Meiji M6.4 and M6.3 in Shika, then after, 1933 Anamizu M6.0, 1993 north of Suzu M6.6, 2007 Toki M6.6, 2023 Suzu M6.2 (Fig. B).
The next all Earthquakes keep out of 1729 Kyouho M7.0 focus, and initiate new fault. The Noto Peninsula Earthquakes started by swarm from 2019 and 2023 Suzu M6.2 as a foreshock, and uplift Noto Peninsula.
