The NHK drama series "Sora Wataru Kyoshitsu (The Science Club)", which aired in 2024, featured "Kitchen Earth Science" experiments such as "Miso Soup Convection" and "Sushi-Vinegar and Baking Soda Volcanic Eruption". In adapting Shin Iyohara's original work for the TV drama series, many preliminary experiments were conducted before and during the filming of the drama, and the filming crew turned into "A Science Club". In this presentation, we will report our situation at that time struggling between the ideal visual expression we aimed at and the reality of the Kitchen Earth Science experiments.
