[SGD02-07] 小型・低価格・多目的 SLR システム Omni-SLR (1) システムの概要と開発状況
キーワード:宇宙測地、衛星レーザ測距、精密軌道決定、GGOS
The global coverage of space geodetic stations is crucial for the precise determination of terrestrial reference frames and other geodetic parameters. Aiming to improve the global coverage of satellite laser ranging (SLR) stations, we have been involved in the development of the Omni-SLR system by significantly reducing its size and cost. Following the first successful laser-ranging operation in Tachikawa in December 2023, we have been testing the system at the Ishioka Geodetic Observing Station of GSI. Various technical developments, such as optical alignment, high-rate signal processing, and precise tracking, are ongoing there. The Ishioka station has already successfully tracked several low-Earth orbiting satellites.
As an easily transportable station, its reference point is set at the marker installed directly underneath the tracking mount. It has already been registered as one of the ILRS Engineering Stations with the CDP Number 7317 95 01 and the DOMES Number 21791M008.
