Keywords:Communication, Open Science, Cultural change

Considering the global nature of science and scholarship, effective "communication" and dialogue in research, education across a wide range of communities is essential and critical to enable deep insight into the future shape of science itself, and as a foundation of our national, regional and global societies and modern civilization.

This paper will explore the possible future of re-shaped communication with the changes in culture and technoloy (socio-technical change), under the perspective of the Open Science paradigm and practices. It is critical to have a conceptual insght into the cultural changes in conduct of science which may result in changes of research assessment and experts'/scientists' incentives as well as research information infrastructures in a broad sense.
