Geoscience is an exciting field; it offers challenges, opportunities, and chances to interact with various cultures during field visits. During my talk, I will present my own experiences related to various Asian countries. In the age of interdisciplinary research and sustainable development, I will discuss the various challenges that we face in establishing a horizontal connection with various disciplines that are beyond the cultural and linguistic barriers.
