In 2020, the Earth and Planetary Science Committee of the Science Council of Japan (SCJ) issued the report "Science and Dream Roadmap in the field of Earth and Planetary Sciences (Revised) 2020". With five years having passed, it is now time for a further revision. In this talk, we would like to discuss the next stage of the Atmospheric and Hydrospheric Sciences section towards the revision of the Science and Dream Roadmap, referencing the future visions of related academic societies and the SCJ's recommendation in 2023, "Future Academic Advancement Initiative (2023)."
