[2A20] A new preparation method of co-precipitation copper catalyst and its catalytic activity

Fine bubble is applied to co-precipitation catalyst preparation. Fine bubble of ammonia is injected into circulating acidic metal nitrate solution and Cu-Zn-Al2O3 co-precipitation catalyst is obtained. Surface area of a new Cu-Zn-Al2O3 catalyst is 1.5 - 2 times larger than ordinal catalyst. It is revealed that a new Cu-Zn-Al2O3 catalyst has higher activity and higher heat resistance than ordinal catalyst by methanol decomposition reaction. Furthermore, hybrid catalyst composed of new Cu-Zn-Al2O3 catalyst and zeolite will be applied to hydrocarbon synthesis from carbon dioxide via methanol.
