Keywords:Development of Intelligence, Recognition Mechanism, Functional Requirement

One of the goals of artificial intelligence research is how human intelligence can be simulated by a computer. However, human recognition mechanisms and intelligence are complicated and have not solved yet. Artificial intelligence research seems to have advanced along with other research, and I am confident that future utilization of cross-cutting results beyond research fields will develop artificial intelligence research.
In this paper, based on the history that we have been studying about the human recognition mechanism, we have also made a comprehensive discussion about the development of intelligence, in addition to the scientific point of view that has been found recently, and to construct artificially intelligence

Considering the association of uncognitive skills equivalent to intelligence and the stage of acquiring it, with the ultimate goal of creating collaborative partners, ie autonomy.
We conclude that we will take the stage of (1) meta cognition based on the language mechanism, (2) internal motivation, creativity, imagination, and (3) communication skill, collaboration, and ④ independence. Considering such a developmental stage of human beings, I think that it becomes an opportunity to think about consideration for realizing artificial intelligence.
