In order to support students in learning procedural knowledge, the goal of this research is to realize a context-adaptive knowledge structuring mechanism for emphasizing the actions that need special attention in the given context. As an extension of CHARM framework, the authors have developed its general mechanism, descried a real knowledge model in the nursing domain, and developed a software system on tablet devices. The software had been used by nursing students and evaluated by them. This article also discusses a knowledge model of ideal recovering processes of patients and its usage.
