[2F4-GS-10h-03] The Impact of Shared Value on Productivity Improvement

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether shared value improves trust in an organization and affects productivity. [ZAK, Paul J. 17] showed that building trust improves performance. According to [K. Isokawa, et al. 20], shared goals with people and means with AI is more effective for trust.
Using the scene assumption method, we conducted a survey of 310 participants, taking into account the differences in information providers and shared value conditions. As a result, we found that there was a difference in the shared value condition for people, but not for AI. We also found an interaction between the shared value condition and the information provider, indicating that shared goals with AI and shared means with people are more effective in improving productivity.
Although this point requires further verification, the results of this study have certain implications for the collaboration between AI and people in organizations.
