[2G1-GS-2d-02] A Study on Sequence Matching Method Using DTW for Global Reordering
Keywords:Sequence similarity
In this paper, we focus on the problem of measuring the distance between sequences whose order is meaningful.
Dynamic Time Warping (DTW), which is widely used nowadays, has a problem that it cannot cope with global
reordering. In this paper, we propose a method that uses DTW after dividing the sequence data to be analyzed.
From numerical evaluation experiments, we show that the proposed method improves the classification accuracy
for some data sets.
