[3M4-CC-03] Estimating the Effect of COVID-19 Contact Tracing Application Using Agent-Based Simulation

In this paper, we try to estimate the effectiveness of COVID-19 contact tracing applications using agent-based simulations. We try to develop a simulation model and try to see how many infected patients can be reduced using apps. In order to see the effectiveness of applications, we enlarge the tracing area from direct contacts to indirect contacts. Our simulation results show that detecting indirect contacts also help to reduce the number of infected patients.
