The objective of this study is to propose a hypothetical model representing a process of co-creating knowledge embedded in practice through bodily experience of and reflection from the first person’s view on the practice. This article, after reviewing the characteristics of technology associated with knowledge in practice, describes the important features of the model as follows; 1) experience has the substantial aspect and the conceptual aspect, 2) a process of creating something is a constructive process in which the substantial aspect and the conceptual aspect are traversed, and 3) a process of transferring knowledge in practice is interaction of a constructive process of teaching and that of learning in a field of practice.
