[2N5-OS-28a-02] Visualization of gender differences by applying a hierarchical data visualization technique

The authors have proposed a space-filling hierarchical data visualization method called "Heian-kyoView". This visualization method represents the leaves of a tree structure of hierarchical data to provide an overview of the data. The authors have applied this visualization method to develop a method for visualizing gender differences that are latent locally in a group of persons with specific attributes in data consisting of a set of persons. In this paper, we will visualize an example of gender differences in air conditioning temperature and discuss possible applications and developments of this visualization method.
