In the Cabinet Office SIP Project, ``Building an Inclusive Community Platform'' , technology to support community revitalization in response to the problem of diluted communities is developing. In this presentation, we will intervene through ``facilitators'' and ``intermediate corporations'' who are involved with consumers (people concerned) who are at risk of isolation and loneliness in community revitalization at detached housing complex named Neopolis (developed by Daiwa House Group) as a demonstration field. Furthermore, the requirements for assistive technology that supports an "inclusive approach" are: 1) collecting the results as data while supporting the intervention, and 2) reflecting on that data so that all parties concerned can come to a common understanding. We will focus on three points: 3) encouraging changes in consciousness and behavior (reframing). For this purpose of reflection and reframing, we will report on a prototype support system that utilizes digital twins (digital twins of consumers and communities) that simulate the consciousness and behavior of consumers, as well as demonstration experiments conducted at local events.
