Despite the prevalence of the Management Design Sheet (MDS), the development concept of bringing about a value-design society by demonstrating and realizing the personal values of each individual has been neglected. In this paper, we developed the Value Design Sheet (VDS) and a system for assistance to create VDS, as tools to faithfully implement the concept of MDS. They contribute to demonstrate and realize "My and Our dignity." We examined the usability and usefulness of the VDS in group discussions with users. As a result, we found that the VDS and its creation assistance system complement the problems of the Purpose Engineering and Design Approaches. A brief description of the value design procedure is given at the end of this paper.
