[3P1-GS-3-03] Analysis and Comparative Study of Important Words in Different Textbooks for High School Information Science "Information I"
Keywords:Information Ⅰ, Ontology, High School Textbooks, Terminology analysis
The content of "Information I" in the Guidelines for the Course of Study for Senior High Schools published in 2008 includes material that has not been covered in senior high school education to date, and the content of textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has also changed significantly. The contents of textbooks are based on the Courses of Study, but each publisher has made their own innovations, and there are differences in the contents of each textbook. By understanding what contents are common to all textbooks and what parts are unique to each textbook, it is expected that high school teachers will be able to make the most of the features of a given textbook. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the key terms in each textbook with the aim of clarifying how the contents taught in each textbook are common and in what areas they differ. As a result, it was found that there is a difference in the trend in the appearance of terms in each textbook and in the ratio of terms corresponding to the areas of the Courses of Study.
