Cyberbullying on social media is becoming a societal issue. However, few studies have taken an approach to change the attitude and behavior of posters, which are the root causes of cyberbullying. Therefore, in this study, we developed social networking applications to promote the change of attitude and behavior of users who intend to engage in cyberbullying. In the application, nudges based on multilingual translations (NMT) are used. In the future, we will conduct a scenario experiment to measure the change in users' positive affect, attitude, and behavior change. This paper describes the experimental design and plan to achieve this goal.
