In recent years, with the progression of aging and the increase in solitary eating, it is anticipated that managing health through nutrition becomes increasingly challenging. As the importance of individual health maintenance grows, independent of familial support, a nutritionally balanced diet tailored to each individual's lifestyle and health status becomes increasingly crucial. As part of the development of healthful and rich meal menus suitable for each individual, patterns of dietary nutrients influenced by lifestyle and food preferences were analyzed through exploratory interpretation of data and hypothesis verification using integrated food and health data.
