Keywords:Material Development, Machine Learning, Material Property Estimation

Estimating the physical properties of rubber materials is crucial for accelerating their development. Traditional methods focused on the impact of raw materials used in production, but actual properties are also influenced by manufacturing and environmental factors. This study analyzes the effects of factory sensor data (process factors) and weather information (environmental factors) on physical properties. A regression model was constructed using these factors as explanatory variables for property estimation. Experiments demonstrated that environmental factors, especially temperature and humidity, significantly influence physical properties. This analysis is expected to help identify key factors for producing high-quality rubber materials.
