[4Xin2-82] Detection and Visualization of Sales Actions based on Textual Data in Sales Activity

Sales activities are crucial for company management. An effective sales activity management system enhances the certainty of obtaining orders during these activities. Therefore, Sales Force Automation system (SFA) that collects and manages sales data have become widespread. However, the details of sales activities are often recorded in unstructured textual data, making it challenging and time-consuming to comprehensively understand sales activities from a large amount of the data. To facilitate efficient management of sales activities, we introduce a sales application that detects and visualizes the sales actions by sales representatives or customers from textual data about sales activities. Through experiments for sales action detection and analysis of visualization results on real sales data, we verified and confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the application.
