[2D5-GS-9-01] Evaluation of Educational Effects in Corporate Training Using Mentor AI

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of corporate training through a mentoring system utilizing generative AI. We have been developing a mentor AI that focuses on skills specific to mentoring. This paper explores the self-reflective effects prompted by using the mentor AI. The survey was conducted during corporate training activities, with 108 participants responding to a questionnaire. The results showed instances where users became interested in the insights gained from interactions with the mentor AI and received opportunities to reflect on their own thoughts. Additionally, the conversational characteristics of the mentor AI were expected to support users in organizing their own meanings and values.
