In warehouse optimization, it is crucial to balance not only improving processing speed but also ensuring smooth coordination with subsequent processes. In this paper, we focuse on the problem of optimization while balancing the two indices of delivery efficiency and order delay. To achive this, we use a genetic algorithm to analyze two indices in terms of the multiple placement of the same items. By formulating the problem as a multi-objective optimization problem and revealing its Pareto solution, we perform various analyses on delivery efficiency and order delay.
