[13p-1A-10] Edge Effect on Electrode Contacts to Transition Metal Dichalcogenides

Schottky barrier heights at metal contacts to transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) with in-plane defects have been reported to be almost independent on the metal work function. In this study, the edge of TMDC flakes is taken into account as an inevitable “defect”. I will report on the flake-width dependence of the Schottky barrier height at Au contacts to multilayer MoS₂ flakes.
