[13p-2U-3] Electrical transport property of S@SWCNT

The electrical transport of CNTs, especially SWCNTs has been an attractive topic because of their high conductance and of their very long ballistic lengths even at a room temperature.
In my research, I observed the SWCNTs encapsulating sulfur chain (S@SWCNT), coaxially nanostructured one-dimensional conductor by MP-SPM. Also by LT-STM, we get the atomic level STM image and the EDOS. In conference, I'll discuss about how these results corresponding with the structure of S@SWCNT, one dimensional coaxial nanostructure.
