[14a-1E-6] Fabrication of Ag Nanowire Deposited Semitransparent Electrode and Its Improvement Concerning the Electrical Conductivity, Antioxidation Resistance and Bending Durability
Keywords:Ag Nanowire
AgNW with surface-bound PVP polymer showed transition to globular shape due to Rayleigh Plateau Instability. Ar plasma processing removed PVP, elevating the AgNW surface energy and also elevating the transition temperature more than 400oC, which overcame the process hindrance. Annealing at 200oC was enough to improve the AgNW conductance by a factor of 4. Annealed NW maintained the conductance within few %, when kept at atmospheric condition: this fact implies the protective nature of surface-bound PVP, contrary to naked Ag powder. Bending test demonstrated that AgNW deposited on polyester or polyimide film maintains good conductance even at 2mm radius bending.
