高出力レーザシステムの実現方法として、単一の狭線幅レーザ光を種光として、分岐後に光増幅し、位相を揃えて合成を行うコヒーレントビーム結合(Coherent Beam Combine : CBC)の手法がある。ここでは，光位相変調器を用いたCBCにおける安定度向上に向け，光位相制御方法に関する検討結果について報告する．
