[14a-2H-2] Ion conductivity across Li3PO4/LiCoO2 interfaces fabricated using PLD

We fabricated all-solid-state thin film batteries, and evaluated ion conductivity across Li3PO4/LiCoO2 interfaces using impedance spectroscopy. Compared to RF magnetron sputtering, PLD can provide a very low resistance across solid electrolyte/electrode interfaces (~12 Wcm2), indicating the formation of good solid electrolyte/electrode interfaces without damage on the LiCoO2 surface during the deposition of Li3PO4.
