△ [14a-2K-11] Combined ultrasonic probe for diagnosis of fatty liver by ultrasonic velocity-change method Ⅱ

We have already proposed the diagnostic equipment for fatty liver using the temperature dependence of ultrasonic velocity and have made basic experiments. For clinical application, the observation of diagnosis domain, warming and the measurement of ultrasonic velocity-change have to be made among the costae. We fabricated the practical combined probe consisted of the ultrasonic array transducer of the commercial ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, the ultrasonic transducer for warming, the ultrasonic transducer for measuring the ultrasonic velocity-change and the acoustic mirror. The equipment with the combined probe was applied to the tissue mimic phantom containing lard doped layers. The experimental results showed the possibility of quantitative study of fat ratio in liver.
