[14a-2N-1] Novel Current Amplifier Device composed of only Light-Emitting Diode and Si Solar Cell

The first a author Kensho Okamto invented and published a novel amplifier named "DISTAR" in 2011. The distar was composed of only light-emitting diode and Si photodiode or Si solar cell. He also developed a power distar in the end of 2012 using LED and Si solar cell, and further he developed an original and unique practical audio amplifier system using the power distar. The distar is a very attractive and promising device. However, it is not so easy to understand the principle of the distar amplifier. Recently,we developed a demonstration apparatus capable of instructing the operation of the distar. We will introduce our apparatus in the conference.
