[14a-PB7-2] Characterization of TiO₂ Thin film formed by LPD

Liquid phase deposition (LPD) was used to form the TiO₂ thin film on a glass substrate. It was found that the photocatalytic activity of the TiO₂ thin film was enhanced by the heat treatment at 500℃. It was observed by SEM that the morphology of the thin film changed by the heat treatment. The dependence of the photocatalytic activity on the morphology, the composition, and the crystalline of TiO₂ thin film will be discussed.
