[14p-1E-13] Eco-friendly device fabrication using nanoscale electrocrystallization and ink-jet printing

We have developed the nanoscale electrocrystallization which enables us to fabricate nanocrystals site-selectively in the gap between two electrochemical electrodes. We also easily obtained two-terminal devices using this method when we reuse the two electrodes as source and drain electrodes. In this presentation, we will report eco-friendly fabrication using both nanoscale electrocrystallization and ink-jet printing.
