We investigated the effect of chemical doping on electronic properties in tin bromide organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites. The band gap of this system continuously decreases with increasing iodine content by a substitution of bromine atoms in tin bromide perovskites. To investigate a doping effect of tin(IV), we measured electronic conductivity. The value of activation energy is consistent with the result of band calculation when we suppose that acceptor levels in tin bromide system is close to those in tin iodide system.
