Tin iodide based cubic perovskites exceptionally indicate high conductivity in organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites. We have reported that spontaneous hole doping causes the exceptional conductivity. This property can be changed by the substitution of components. Thus we will report the effect of the partial metal substitution on electrical properties in tin iodide cubic perovskites
