Inorganic electroluminescent devices of Ca0.6Sr0.4TiO3:Pr/In2O3:Sn multilayer was prepared by a sol-gel method. Waveforms of current and electroluminescence were observed when sinusoidal voltage was applied to the devices. Current waveform was composed of two componets: One is a linear component of which the phase is advanced against the voltage. The other is a nonlinear component that is in phase against the voltage. Electroluminescence waveform was composed of two components: One is a component of which the intensity is proportional the current. The other is a component which is intense when the voltage sign is changed.
