[14p-2B-3] Effect of Cooling Process on High-Pressure Phase of SrO:Eu2+ Blue Phosphor

High-pressure phase of (8-coordinated) SrO structure is well known as to be high-pressure phase of SrO. New 8-coordinated SrO:Eu2+ blue phosphor with simple orthorhombic lattice was synthesized under atmospheric pressure.The nano-crystalline structure of the 8-coordinated SrO:Eu2+ phosphor on MgO was observed in the matrix which consisted of amorphous material. In this study, effect of cooling process on high-pressure phase of SrO:Eu2+ blue phosphor was investigated.
