[14p-2G-8] Nd:YAG laser-pumped OPG in Hg_1-xCd_xGa₂S₄

Hg_1-xCd_xGa₂S₄ crystal is a useful material for 90° phase-matched OPO(OPG) pumped by Nd:YAG laser. We have found some discrepancies in Cd concentration between the experimental results and theoretical curves calculated with our Sellmeier equations. We present the experimental data in the Hg_0.65Cd_0.35Ga₂S₄ crystal and Hg_0.52Cd_0.48Ga₂S₄ crystal as well as our constructed Sellmeier equations for HgGa₂S₄ and CdGa₂S₄.
