[14p-2H-15] Fabrication and electronic states analysis of ordered SrRu_0.5Cr_0.5O₃ epitaxial thin films

Metal oxides with the double perovskite strucuture are known for the various rlectronic preperties.
We succeeded in fabricating ordered double perovskite SrRu_0.5Cr_0.5O₃ thin film using PLD method and investigated its physical properties.
To analyze the electronis state, We measured X-ray absorption spectroscopy, which spectrum indicates that the valence of Cr in the ordered SrRu_0.5Cr_0.5O₃ thin film is mixture of trivalent Cr³⁺ state and tetravalent Cr⁴⁺ state.
