[14p-2M-11] Precipitation-free-Chemical Bath Deposition Process for preparing Zn(S,O,OH) Buffer Layer on CIGS Layer

The precipitation-free chemical bath deposition (CBD) process is proposed based the solution chemical considerationa nd the growth mechanism, and the process was applied for the preparation of the Zn(S,O,OH) buffer layer on CIGS layer. The structural characterizaition of the Zn(S,O,OH9 layer and the performance of the CIGS cell were reported on this presentation.
