[14p-2M-7] Investigation of Open-Circuit Voltage under High Concentrated Light from Electroluminescence Spectra

Open-circuit voltage (Voc) can be determined using optical evaluation of Quasi-Fermi level splitting. In addition, the same cell condition under high concentrated light can be obtained by controlling injection current in Electronluminescence measurement in terms of the nu,ber of the carriers. We investigated the performance of mulitiple quantum well solar cells under high concentrated light with this method.
