[14p-2W-14] Adsorption site of Mn on GaAs(001)

A combined experimental and theoretical study on the Mn-induced surface reconstructions has been pre- sented. The experimental data show the sequence of surface structures as a function of As coverage, in good agreement with the DFT calculations: (2×2)α/(6×6), (2×2)β, and c(4×4).
