[14p-PB3-2] X-ray detector properties of Mn doped spinel phosphor

Properties of X-ray detector composed by Mn doped spinel crystal and Si photo-diode (Si-PD) have been evaluated under Cu Kα X-ray irrdiation. Output signal from Si-PD increases linearly with X-ray intensity. Afterglow properties are seen in the specimens under strong X-ray irradiation. Afterglow intensity varies with Mn concentrations of specimens.
