[15a-4B-1] Improvement of Time Resolution of the DAND Gates for Time-to-Digital Converters

We have been developing a high resolution time-of–flight mass spectrometry (TOF-MS) system with a time-to-digital converter (TDC) using SFQ logic circuits. TDC accuracy is greatly depends on the accuracy of the concordance decoder (CD). In order to improve the time resolution of TDC, we have developed a dynamic AND (DAND) gate. In the presentation, we will announce the output probability characteristics and measurement results of improved DAND gate.
