[15a-4F-6] Evaluation of structure of DLC films by Bruggeman effective medium approximation

混合相で構成される物質の誘電関数を，標準物質の誘電関数と体積分率（ f _i ）から近似するブラッグマンの有効媒質近似（BEMA）がある．今回，ダイヤモンドライクカーボン（DLC）膜がDiamond，Highly oriented pyrolytic graphite（HOPG），Voidによって構成されていると仮定して，BEMAによりDLC膜の構造評価を試みた．Diamond，HOPGはそれぞれDLC膜中のsp³，sp²結合炭素の構造を表し，VoidはDLC膜のアモルファス化によって増加する自由体積を表していると想定した．
