[15a-PA3-4] Measurement of saturation laser intensity of Forbidden Line for Number Density Measurement of Atomic Oxygen

For the development of thermal protection system (TPS) of space vehicle, the test of TPS is conducted using high enthalpy wind tunnel on the ground. Although number density of atomic oxygen is important parameter for evaluation of surface catalysis performance on TPS, the measurement method has not been established. In this study, for the development of number density measurement using absorption saturation of forbidden line, the measurement of absorption laser intensity for it using dye laser is conducted.
