[15p-2J-3] Magnetic Domain Imaging of LaAlO₃/SrTiO₃ Interface by Laser-excited Photoelectron Emission Microscopy

Recently ferromagnetism at the LaAlO₃/SrTiO₃ interface have been reported experimentally.On the other hand, the measurements were macroscopic so that they had possibilities of containing magnetic impurities. In our study, we got the direct evidence of room temperature ferromagnetism by magnetic domain imaging to eliminate the possibilities. In our measurement, we used the laser-excited photoelectron emission microscopy(laser-PEEM), which has high spatial resolution.
