The carge carrier transport on graphene is evaluated by measuring the dielectric loss of graphene inside the microwave resonance cavity. With the increase of the number of graphne layers, the decrease of the charge carrier mobility is observed. Furthermore, the electron mobility is always larger than hole mobility with the nearly constant ratio of 1.5.
