[15p-2R-10] Quantum dynamics simulation of strained grapheme using time-dependent wave packet propagation method

The purpose of this research is to gain intuitive understanding of the transmission of electrons in strained graphene. For that purpose we use the analysis derived from time-dependent wave packet propagation method. We did a time development calculation of the incident Gauss wave packet in the case of one dimensional integrable discretized space, then we changed the parameters for further verification. Furthermore, we did a calculation for two dimensional integrable discretized space for the purpose of analyzing how the wave packet transmission in the area of graphene/strained graphene is understood from the viewpoint of the pseudo magnetic field effect.
