[15p-PB2-36] Infrared spectroscopy of a reaction of amino-acid with plasma generated in hydrogen peroxide water
Keywords:Plasma in liquid,L-alanine,MIR-IRAS
It is important to know reaction of bio-molecules in liquid, because most bio-molecules in livings are located in liquid, such as in blood, lymph, and so on. Then, in this study we investigate the reaction of L-alanine with plasma generated in hydrogen peroxide, using infrared absorption spectroscopy in multiple internal reflection geometry (MIR-IRAS). We found that L-alanine molecules is easy to interact with each other in liquid, compared with in air. We will suggest that L-alanine molecules are polymerized by the plasma exposure.
